We take all the stress out of your private moments so you can relax and enjoy the moment. We will guide you throughout the day and communicate on arrival location, parking and what to bring?

You will arrive on location and execute the simplified plan that we discuss. We will be incognito until we don't have too. We will let you go through the proposal moment as naturally as possible so the reactions are organic.

  • What is the booking process, and what are your payment terms?
    To secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining balance is typically due before or on the wedding day. We accept various payment methods and are flexible in accommodating our clients' needs. Please reach out to us and we will guide you on how to secure your big day!
  • How do you handle challenging lighting conditions or unpredictable weather on the wedding day?
    We are experienced in adapting to various lighting conditions and unforeseen circumstances to ensure exceptional results. Whether it's harsh sunlight, low-light indoor settings, or inclement weather, we use professional equipment, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and deliver stunning images.
  • How long will my deliverables take to receive after the event.
    General contractual timeline to deliver photo and videos is 8-12 weeks. We provide preview pictures within a week after your event. We generally commit to an 8–12-week timeline, however in most cases we deliver pictures and video well before the deadline. This all depends on the content captured. We pay close attention to finer details of the pictures and video and make sure that it is with perfection.
  • How many team members do you bring to the event?
    This depends on the package you choose. Our standard package includes one photographer and one videographer.
